I didn’t realize it until just now, but 2014 was a good year.
Sure there were some parts of it that were less than stellar, but as a whole I really enjoyed the past 12 months. There was my first visit to Olympic National Park, a Seahawks’ Super Bowl win, a few days cruising around California’s Central Coast, festivals, sporting events, and lots of time spent in the outdoors on the trail. I had a blast.
At the same time, I’m ready to close this year down and start 2015 fresh, taking the lessons I learned this year and putting them into practice. So whether you’re ringing in the new year in Times Square, dressed to the nines and sipping on top-shelf liquor or slumming it at home in your bunny slippers and some “sham”-pagne, I hope you’re celebrating 2015’s arrival in style. Happy New Year!
